Music for Birthdays

Liesa Van der Aa was invited by M HKA to perform at Art’s Birthday on January 17, 2018. For this occasion, Liesa created a brand-new composition, Music For Birthdays: 109 different musical variations on the most famous song ever written (Happy Birthday). On the evening of Art’s Birthday, the One Trick Pony String Quartet wished a happy birthday to all art pieces at M HKA.
